Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow current business relationships.

Pursue new business opportunities with a focus on Insurance companies Mutual funds Selffunded schemes and Employer groups.

Serve as the liaison between the company and its clients.

Ensure growth efforts are in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.

Collaborate directly with the management to explore and set new business potentials.

Proactively identify and address client concerns fostering strong and lasting relationships.

Prepare clear and concise presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors / Masters Degree.

5 years relevant experience in a similar role (Insurance companies Hospitals Medical Centres).

Proven experience in Relationship Management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation skills.
