Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Office Girl to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness assisting office staff and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea coffee and refreshments to employees and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office including workstations pantry and meeting rooms.
  • Assist in handling documents photocopying scanning and filing.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure they are wellstocked.
  • Handle mail and courier deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use.
  • Run basic office errands as required.
  • Follow office rules and maintain a professional attitude at all times.


Requirements

  • Education: No formal education required; high school diploma is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene.
    • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
    • Punctual reliable and wellgroomed.
  • Availability: Willing to work flexible hours if required.
