Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with extensive knowledge of the offplan market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven professional with a deep understanding of the real estate market strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions ensuring exceptional client service.
Generate leads conduct market research and stay updated on property trends.
Conduct property showings open houses and client meetings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Develop and maintain a strong client network.
Work closely with our marketing team to promote listings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience required.
Fluency in English Arabic or Hindi is required.
Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
