Job Summary:

An organizational role dedicated to supporting the planning and of exhibitions and events. Responsibilities include managing project documentation coordinating with clients and teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. A UAE drivers license is required and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning coordination and of exhibitions and events projects.
Assist in preparing project documentation schedules and progress reports.
Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Manage onsite setup troubleshooting and postevent followups.
Ensure compliance with project budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a project support or coordination role ideally in the exhibitions/events industry.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in MS Office familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT) and effective in professional communication and correspondence.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A UAE drivers license is mandatory.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
