Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
* Install configure and maintain IT systems and applications.
* Assist in setting up and managing company IT infrastructure.
* Ensure smooth operation of computers printers and other peripherals.
* Support endusers with basic IT queries and provide training when necessary.
* Maintain documentation of IT assets and user issues.

Requirements:
* Education: Diploma in IT or a related field.
* Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or training is a plus.
* Skills: Basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting and IT systems.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
* Other: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
