Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf of a leading producer of Composite Polymeric Materials in the GCC a company at the forefront of innovation and industry excellence!
Job Description:
The R&D Engineer will be responsible for researching designing and developing new polymer based products for various applications particularly in the construction and infrastructure industries. This position involves working closely with the engineering team to enhance existing products and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop polymerbased products for construction applications.
- Conduct research and testing to improve product performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize product formulations.
- Evaluate and test the physical properties of materials and polymers.
- Develop technical documentation including specifications and test protocols.
- Identify and implement improvements in product development processes.
- Stay uptodate with the latest research and trends in the related industry.
- Provide technical support for production teams and external stakeholders as required.
