Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
* Previous experience in customer service preferably in healthcare.
* Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
* Ability to* multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software is a plus.
