Job Summary

We are looking for a resultdriven Estimator to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for interior fitout projects. The candidate should have sound knowledge of UAE material pricing market rates and fitout specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings BOQs and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Prepare tender submissions technical/commercial proposals and value engineering options.
Identify costeffective materials and solutions aligned with client budgets.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Update cost database regularly with market fluctuations and trends.
Collaborate with QS and procurement teams during project phase.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture or Estimation.
2 3 years UAE experience in interior fitout estimation.
Proficient in AutoCAD and estimation software.
Strong mathematical analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication for proposal documentation.
