Key Responsibilities:
Processing Tasks:
Handle endtoend processing of new telecom service requests from SMB clients.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with the sales team to validate order details and customer information.
Process service activations plan changes upgrades and disconnections within defined SLAs.
Track and follow up on pending requests and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate logs of processing activities and update internal systems regularly.
Back Office Operations:
Maintain and organize client data contracts and servicerelated documents.
Generate regular reports related to order processing activations and client onboarding.
Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts or documentation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams like logistics billing and technical support.
Support audits by ensuring documentation and process compliance.
Handle internal coordination for smooth delivery of telecom solutions to SMB clients.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce or related fields.
1 3 years of experience in telecom operations back office or processing roles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools and enterprise systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced processdriven environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On). Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
