Job Summary
Apt Resources is delighted to present a unique opportunity for a skilled Electrician to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in this exclusive role you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of electrical systems in luxury residences ensuring the highest standards of safety functionality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Install maintain and repair electrical systems and fixtures in luxury homes
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Coordinate with contractors and architects to ensure seamless electrical integration in renovation and construction projects
- Provide input on upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Maintain confidentially and respect clients privacy at all times
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- The role involves working as an electrician along with providing additional support in caring for dogs when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or electrical certification is a must
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on highend residential properties
- Extensive knowledge of luxury home electrical systems including automation entertainment and security systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and discreetly
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with highprofile clients and contractors
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
- Availability for flexible hours and oncall services as needed
- Must be a pet friendly and willing to extend additional job responsibilities in taking care with animals like dogs.
