We are currently partnering with a global leader in the FMCG sector to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager based in Dubai. This role is crucial in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth market share and profitability. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the brand management team working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
What Youll be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share across the region.
- Lead the brand management team providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
- Manage the marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the of marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital print and instore ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales product development and distribution teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis and consumer research to inform product positioning pricing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns making datadriven adjustments to optimize results.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in market analysis consumer insights and campaign performance metrics.
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape.
