We are seeking an established and productive Broker Support Services Facultative to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity to develop solutions for client needs and interact with senior stakeholders.

We will count on you to:
Assist brokers in the endtoend placement of Facultative placements ensuring smooth operations between the Placement team and CSS team.
Respond to client queries and concerns promptly maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Regularly update management on issues and progress to ensure quality client service.
Maintain strong relationships with clients colleagues and reinsurance companies to effectively communicate client demands.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic changes and ensure adherence to standards.
What you need to have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance placements.
Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication and effective influencing skills with a transformative mindset and practical .
Experience in a large complex global organization demonstrating a desire to succeed in a demanding and innovative environment.
Selfstarter with a track record of seamless and strong organizational skills.
