Job Description
YOUR ROLE
As part of the Boucheron team you will train sales associates across the region to develop Maison Product Technical knowledge and selling skills to enrich the client journey & experience and improve retail performance. On the floor follow up of the trainings shared to ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training & coaching sessions.
YOUR MISSION
- Rollout training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers product & client experience training).
- Assess the teams skills performance & individual learning needs and align with line manager and partners on short mid & longterm training and development plans.
- Analyse Mystery Shopping & Voice of the client results to identify and work on areas of development to meet set objectives.
- Contribute to defining the training calendar based on learning needs and strategy for the Middle East.
- Support inboutique teams with on the floor trainings & field coaching to enhance client service storytelling & selling techniques in accordance with the Boucheron way.
- Coordinate on the translation of training materials and the organization of training events.
- Follow up with the team on completion of the modules on the Elearning platform.
- Conduct and extract all necessary training reports in a timely manner.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience with minimum 2 experience in the luxury industry
- Strong facilitation interpersonnel and communication skills
- Coaching mindset
- Computer literacy
- Demonstrate ability to influence strong followup skills
- Will to travel frequently
- Reliable team player accountable for delivering results
- Language proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must
- Retail experience is a plus
