Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking cold calling and client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients brands and event organizers.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored event solutions and packages.
- Create sales strategies and marketing plans to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and proposals to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth event .
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor analysis and market insights.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in event sales corporate sales hospitality sales or business development.
Strong networking negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Knowledge of event planning venue management and production services.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools sales tracking and presentation software.
Valid driving license and access to a car (preferred) for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wedding sales corporate events or experiential marketing.
- Established client network in the events industry.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing for event sales.
