Responsibilities:

Represent properties to potential buyers
Respond to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients
Conduct property valuations and prepare market reports
Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
Maintain an uptodate client and property database
Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients

Requirements

Proven sales experience ideally within the real estate industry
Quick decisionmaking skills strong negotiation tactics and exceptional interpersonal abilities
A strong work ethic and a customer serviceoriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese French Russian and Spanish are a plus)
Punctual wellpresented and honest demeanor
Valid driving license
Own visa preferred
Valid broker card
