We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Service Agent / Data Clerk to join our team in Dubai United Arab this dynamic role you will be the face of our organization providing exceptional customer service while also managing important data-related tasks. - Welcome and assist guests addressing their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests
- Manage reservations including bookings modifications and cancellations
- Perform data entry tasks maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest records in our computer systems
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Stay informed about local attractions events and services to provide recommendations to guests
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as filing document preparation and inventory management
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills including MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
