Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations from check-in to check-out.

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm professional demeanor serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stay
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and courteously demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities services and local attractions in Abu Dhabi
• Coordinate special guest requests including room preferences special occasions and amenities
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping maintenance food and beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies promotions and room availability
• Record and analyze guest feedback to contribute to improving overall guest satisfaction scores
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance going above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Promote hotel services facilities and upgrades when appropriate enhancing the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality standards and regulations

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in hospitality or front office
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional language skills are highly valued
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions and cultural norms in Abu Dhabi
• Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and regulations
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as required
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting the hotels high standards
