An In-Room Dining Manager with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for overseeing the full operations of the hotels in-room dining department ensuring exceptional service delivery timely order execution and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership impeccable attention to detail and the ability to uphold the hotels luxury standards while managing a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
The In-Room Dining Manager plays a vital role in managing and elevating the guest experience by ensuring smooth IRD operations maintaining service excellence and leading the IRD team. This position involves ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders upholding food and service quality standards and coordinating with both culinary and service departments for seamless operations.
What will I be doing
As an In RoomDining Manager you are responsible for managing room service operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An InRoomDining Manager would also be required to manage train and develop team members and optimize sales and control costs.
