Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Manage a team of security professionals assigning tasks and monitoring their and enforce security policies and procedures ensuring staff security incidents and vulnerabilities responding promptly to mitigate with other departments to address security concerns and implement security in compliance efforts related to security ensuring the organizations adherence to relevant in incident response and investigation identifying security breaches and implementing corrective guidance on security technologies and practices contributing to security and deliver security reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar roleProven experience in information security managementProficiencies in risk management compliance and security technologiesA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA are a plus
