Spa Therapist – New Opening – Hatta

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our wellness team and deliver nurturing memorable treatments that enhance the guest experience. This role is essential in creating a serene and restorative environment that complements the spirit of adventure community and authenticity that defines our retreat.

Guest Wellness & Treatments

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages facials body therapies and wellness rituals according to guest preferences and retreat standards.

• Welcome guests warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate treatments.

• Ensure treatments are delivered with attention to detail professionalism and a calming presence.

• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences for personalized experiences.

Hygiene Safety & Standards

• Follow strict hygiene sanitation and safety protocols for all treatments and equipment.

• Maintain clean organized and inviting treatment rooms and wellness areas.

• Use spa equipment and products safely and responsibly reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

• Stay up-to-date on health and safety regulations related to wellness and spa services.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with the wellness team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Assist in planning and setting up spa treatments products and equipment.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance guest wellness experiences.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in hotels resorts or wellness centers preferred.

• Certified in relevant spa and wellness therapies.

• Knowledge of massage techniques body treatments and holistic wellness practices.

• Friendly approachable and guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-standard environment.

• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
