A Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns while managing both internal and external communication. The role focuses on brand promotion, content creation, digital marketing, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
Create content for social media, websites, emails, brochures, and campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement.
Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and product launches.
Prepare press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.
Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Maintain media relationships and coordinate PR activities.
Support branding initiatives and ensure communication aligns with brand guidelines.
Required Skills
Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads preferred).
Ability to create engaging content for various platforms.
Good understanding of branding, marketing principles, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
