Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer - Marine to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for overseeing marine construction projects ensuring compliance with safety standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality marine infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate marine construction projects from inception to completion
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and environmental impact
- Develop and review technical drawings specifications and project plans using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Prepare detailed reports on project status challenges and solutions
- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process
- Coordinate with environmental agencies to minimize ecological impact of marine projects
- Stay updated on the latest marine engineering technologies and best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine construction or similar field
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Extensive knowledge of marine construction techniques and processes
- Familiarity with local and international maritime regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- Strong project management skills including budget and schedule management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and precision
- Willingness to work in challenging marine environments
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and surveys
