Job Summary
Ontime Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate start to lead our civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all site activities ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the specified quality and safety standards. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and manage the site team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Monitor and report on work progress and quality
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors suppliers and project managers
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
- Resolve any site issues or conflicts proactively
- Assist in managing project schedules and budgets
- Keep accurate and organized documentation of site activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office package
- Immediate availability is a must
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
