Role: Reformer Pilates & Fitness Coach
Job Type: Full Time
Location: One of Dubais most iconic 5-star lifestyle destinations in Business Bay
Employer: Luxury hospitality & wellness brand internationally recognized for premium guest experiences
Facilities: State-of-the-art Pilates studio part of an upscale recreation and spa department
Reporting to: SPA & Recreation Manager / Pilates & Fitness Supervisor
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer)
- Luxury fitness/hospitality background preferred
- Strong personality excellent communication and ability to inspire
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises safely
- Willing to work flexible shifts and maintain high presentation standards

Commission Structure:
Group Classes (GX):
- Initial quota: 30 classes
- From the 31st class onwards: AED 200 per session
- Other classes (outside GX): AED 250 per session
Private Sessions:
- 120 sessions/month: 25% commission
- 2140 sessions/month: 35% commission
- 4160 sessions/month: 50% commission
- 61 sessions/month: 60% commission
- Per session rate: AED 350 to 450
