EOI - Testing & Commissioning Specialist

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The Testing & Commissioning Specialist will manage the end-to-end planning execution and validation of T&C activities across all metro subsystems including rolling stock signalling traction power SCADA and communications. The role is critical to achieving operational readiness and safety certification milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed T&C plans aligned with the master program
• Coordinate with contractors OEMs and client representatives during static and dynamic testing
• Ensure all tests are conducted in accordance with safety quality and regulatory standards
• Lead trial operations manage snagging and resolution tracking
• Support safety certification final acceptance and handover documentation

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Electrical Mechanical Systems or Railway Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in metro/railway T&C roles
• Strong knowledge of subsystem and system-level testing methodologies
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor integration and commissioning teams
• GCC and preferably RTA project experience is highly desirable
