- Supervise day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets across the cluster ensuring alignment with Accor brand standards and operational procedures.
- Partner with outlet leaders to optimize guest flow service quality and team efficiency.
- Conduct regular operational audits and ensure full compliance with Accors health safety and sustainability policies including HACCP standards.
- Promote a service culture rooted in Heartist values ensuring every guest touchpoint is warm authentic and memorable.
- Monitor guest feedback through TrustYou and other tools and lead service improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of brand-aligned promotions and activations.
- Inspire and guide Outlet Managers and Supervisors across properties ensuring high engagement and a strong learning culture.
- Assist in recruitment onboarding cross-training and succession planning in partnership with Talent & Culture.
- Facilitate F&B learning programs in collaboration with Accor Academy or brand-specific modules.
- Support the Director in driving revenue generation cost control and profitability across all outlets.
- Track and analyze financial KPIs including average check cost of sales labor productivity and GOP contribution.
- Contribute to budgeting forecasting and strategic business reviews.
- Coordinate cross-hotel promotions calendar planning and group-wide F&B initiatives.
- Identify process improvements digital tools and sustainability practices to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Serve as project lead for select activations including culinary pop-ups theme nights or regional events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Hotel or F&B Management.
- Minimum 57 years of progressive leadership in Food & Beverage preferably in upscale or lifestyle brands within the Accor network.
- Cluster or multi-outlet experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead large teams drive operational excellence and improve guest satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant bar banquet and IRD operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accor systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French or Arabic) are a plus.
