Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
Make proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound leads across platforms.
Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments with urgency and care.
Understand each customers needs and match them with the right solutions.
Maintain accurate call logs and notes within the CRM.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Use confident clear and positive language in every interaction.
Represent Alba Cars strengthslarge inventory verified vehicles flexible finance & trade-ins.
Build rapport and maintain a warm professional tone across all touchpoints.
Performance & Follow-Up
Follow up with leads to reduce appointment no-shows.
Track daily targets and KPIs for contact rate and appointment conversion.
Contribute to a high-performance customer-first culture.
Continuously improve through feedback and performance reviews.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in customer service call centre or automotive industry preferred.
Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with a proactive target-driven attitude.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume setting.
Strong follow-up and CRM management skills.
UAE-based or willing to relocate.
