Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Present menus provide detailed information and offer thoughtful recommendations upon request.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders coordinate with the cashier to generate KOTs and input order details into the POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic dining area including tables service stations and surrounding zones.
- Process guest payments and issue accurate receipts.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly respectful and consistently positive demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and change.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant service or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Openness to learning following procedures and adapting to dynamic situations.
