• Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage communication (in Korean and English) handle inquiries coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor account performance track metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients helping optimise outcomes and maintain high satisfaction.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Korean (C1) excellent written and spoken communication; good command of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles account management sales support or customer service ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts deadlines and priorities with care and professionalism.
• Customer-oriented mindset attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach to challenges and client needs.
