Job Summary

Motivate Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Payables) to join our dynamic team. We seek a qualified professional preferably CA CWA ACCA or CPA with strong expertise in accounts payable financial reporting budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts payable process including invoice processing vendor payments and reconciliation.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers freelancers and service providers.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
Oversee bank reconciliation audit preparations and internal controls.

Requirements

Requirements:

Professional qualification (CA CWA ACCA CPA preferred).
Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
