Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completion
Coordinate with stakeholders: clients consultants suppliers & subcontractors
Prepare and monitor project plans schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with drawings specifications and UAE authority regulations
Conduct regular site visits quality checks and progress reporting
Oversee material procurement and manpower allocation
Ensure timely project delivery and effective risk management
Manage project documentation and handover
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related discipline
5 7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project management
Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g. DM DCD Trakhees)
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project AutoCAD etc.)
Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills
UAE Driving License preferred
