Job Summary
Data Engineering team is responsible for designing building and maintaining the Data Lake infrastructure including ingestion pipelines storage systems and internal tooling for reliable scalable access to market data.
Responsibilities
- Strong collaboration with the Data Engineering team Traders
- Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
- Managing the team backlog: evaluation planning and task prioritization.
- Creating and improving processes within the team.
- Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Participation in team assembly its development and motivation.
- Budget Management.
- Performance tracking.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience of 3 years in a Delivery or Project Manager role.
- Strong technical background (as a developer DevOps etc.).
- Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Management and Delivery.
- Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira Confluence.
- Practical experience with BI tools.
- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
