Job Summary
This is a remote position.
The company offers customized career development programs and customized recruitment solutions. The business development trainees will be supervised to develop and execute business plans for each of the programs initiatives and recruitment solutions in Abu Dhabi Dubai Sharjah and northern Emirates.
Apprentice responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends competitor strategies and potential opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders government entities and private sector partners. Sales & Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to attract clients sponsors and investors.
- Brand Positioning: Enhance visibility through marketing campaigns and digital presence.
- Revenue Growth: Identify monetization opportunities and optimize business models.
- Performance Tracking: Measure success through KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
0 2 years of finance experience (internships/apprenticeships count!)
Bachelor s in Finance Economics Data Science or related field
