Job Summary
- ResponsibleforSobhatrainingacademyensuring employeestrainingandassessment.
- Ensuring/policingqualitycontrolparametersaremonitoredwiththeSobhaHartlandsitepremises.
- Responsibleforauditingof qualitysystemforalldepartments.
- Identifytrainingneedsinformthedepartmentheadsandcoordinatewiththeappropriatefunctionsfor fulfillingthetrainingrequirements.
- ActivelyparticipatinginQ& Tbriefingsandmeetings.
- ToprepareaQCPlan andensureimplementationduringtheproject
- Decide how often/at stages inspection is to be carried out as per inspection and test plan incoordinationwithclient/consultant.
- Agreesubcontractorqualityplanwithsubcontractorandensurethecompliancewithsubcontractorqualityplans.
- Prepare inspection checklist for each major trade (to be submitted along with the methodstatementifapplicable).
- Carry out site walk together with project team on regular basis. Where required prepare listofdefectiveworksandissuesuchobservationstotheconcernedpersonincharge/appropriatesubcontractorwhereasignificantofrecurringnon-conformanceintermsofmaterialworkmanshiporperformance isidentified.
- Issue a non-conformance report (if any deviations) to the site team/sub-contractor andmaintaina log ofsuch non-conformance.
- Ensure/conductrandom inspectionofmaterialsdeliveredtosite.
- InchargeofcentralizedQA/QClaboratory.
- Ensure all tests are carried out as per specification or as agreed with the client/ consultant.
