As a Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting country business management and providing strategic support for the MENA franchise with a particular focus on MENA Investment Banking and the setup of RHQ in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with senior business managers drive key business initiatives and collaborate across lines of business and this role you will help shape strategy optimize performance and enable growth in a dynamic cross-regional environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across MENA Investment Banking Global Banking and country-related projects
- Prepare and deliver strategic analysis financial presentations and business reviews for senior management
- Develop tailored presentations on the MENA franchise for Townhalls senior visitors and regulators by collaborating across lines of business
- Analyze and report key business trends performance metrics and financial results to support decision-making
- Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the RHQ operating model based in Saudi Arabia
- Track and report P&L expenses and headcount for the MENA franchise ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of financial and operational metrics
- Maintain the deal pipeline for MENA Investment Banking partnering with bankers to monitor progress against revenue forecasts
- Analyze external performance using Dealogic and other tools including competitor analysis and ensure consistency between internally earned fees and Dealogic credit
- Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and dashboarding to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with Planning & Analysis risk legal compliance and control teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective risk management
- Champion J.P. Morgans business principles and foster a healthy inclusive working environment
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in business management finance strategy or consulting within financial services
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced cross-regional environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable team player with strong project management skills
- Sound understanding of risks controls and governance processes
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Accounting Business or a related field
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience in Global Banking
- Familiarity with deal pipeline management and external performance analysis tools (e.g. Dealogic)
- Experience supporting regulatory and audit requirements
- Experience working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial analysis tools is a plus.
