Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.

- Plan schedule and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.

- Monitor and optimize production flow identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure availability of raw materials and resources.

- Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality efficiency and cost control.

- Lead and supervise production teams ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design procurement and installation.

- Prepare production reports maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.

- Strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.

- Excellent knowledge of production planning materials management and workflow optimization.

- Strong leadership communication and team management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
