• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver construction projects safely on time and within budget ensuring exceptional client satisfaction at every stage.
• Develop and execute technical strategies that align with client requirements project specifications and industry standards.
• Promote and actively participate in business development by identifying new project opportunities preparing compelling proposals and supporting the sales process with technical expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives championing best practice in safety sustainability and engineering innovation.

Skills and Expertise Selling Skills Technical Knowledge and Communication

• Demonstrable experience in construction project selling client engagement and proposal development with a clear ability to secure and grow business opportunities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of construction engineering project methodologies and industry regulations.
• Strong organisational capabilities to prioritise competing demands and deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• IT proficiency including familiarity with project management and engineering software suites.

Essential Qualifications & Experience Construction Engineering Leadership

• Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the construction sector with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery across a range of construction types and sectors.
