We Are Hiring: Chief Officer Crew Boat (Offshore)

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer for our Crew Boat operations.

Location: Offshore

Vessel Type: Crew Boat

Employment Type: Contract / Rotation (based on project)

Requirements

Requirements:

* Valid STCW certificates

* COC (Chief Mate / Second Mate)

* Minimum 12 months experience as Chief Officer on Crew Boats or similar offshore vessels

*Good knowledge of DP operations (if applicable)

* Valid Offshore Medical and HUET/BOSIET

* Strong leadership communication and safety awareness

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Master in vessel operations and navigation

* Supervise deck crew and ensure compliance with safety standards

* Oversee cargo and personnel transfer operations

* Maintain deck equipment and manage maintenance logs

Skills: Proficient in navigational watchkeeping Strong leadership and crew management abilities Knowledge of ISPS, ISM, and MARPOL regulations Able to handle cargo operations and DP awareness (if required) Good understanding of emergency procedures Familiar with deck maintenance and equipment upkeep Ability to prepare and maintain all required logbooks and documentation

Education

Qualifications: Valid STCW certification Chief Mate License (Unlimited or as per vessel requirement) ARPA, GMDSS, ECDIS, and Radar certificates Valid Seaman s Book and Passport HUET / BOSIET / H2S (as required by charter) ADNOC/ARAMCO approval (Preferred) Minimum 2-3 years experience as Chief Officer on Crew Boats / Offshore vessels Good command of spoken and written English
