Job Summary

Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will play a key role in identifying engaging and onboarding top-tier candidates. You ll work closely with recruitment managers and client-facing teams to ensure timely and high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms and networks
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates
  • Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple job roles
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across channels
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles


Requirements

What we re looking for:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE
  • Familiarity with civil construction or technical hiring preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • High level of professionalism adaptability and a team-first attitude
