A Training/HR Coordinator will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of functional excellence among Team Members. Additionally the HR role encompasses talent acquisition and onboarding employee engagement and relations performance management training and development programs compliance with labor laws and policies and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational goals and employee well-being.



What will I be doing

As a Training/HR Coordinator you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives through Hiltons comprehensive training framework. Specifically a Training/HR Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities
  • Act as a change catalyst in the cultural and organizational transformation of the Hotel
  • Provide key input on training aspects for all activities and plans of the Hotel
  • Support individual and team development career development and training and experience-based learning
  • Induct coach and mentor new Team Members
  • Interact with hotel leaders responsible for people development on a daily basis to provide support to operational departments
  • Partner with departments to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions
  • Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department
  • Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel


    HR Coordinator Role:

  • Assist in the recruitment onboarding and orientation of new Team Members to ensure a smooth integration into the hotel culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate training HR and personnel records ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate performance reviews processes and track development progress
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with HR leader to ensure alignment of training and development strategies with overall HR policies and organizational goals
  • Promote diversity equity and inclusion initiatives within the hotel
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related documentation reporting and audits
