Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager B2B to drive new business and grow revenue with banks and financial institutions across the region. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and account expansion with a focus on selling our enterprise SaaS platform for transaction data analytics and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end to end sales cycle for mid and large financial institutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM.
- Prospect and engage decision makers in banks and FIs including business digital data and technology stakeholders.
- Lead discovery meetings to understand client use cases around transaction data analytics and personalization.
- Work with Product and Solution teams to shape demos PoCs and tailored proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and RFP responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms close deals and hand over to Customer Success.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report on sales performance and pipeline.
- Gather market and client feedback and share it with Product and Leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and client workshops.
Requirements
- 5 plus years of B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS.
- Experience selling to banks or financial institutions is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong background in solution selling or consultative sales.
- Understanding of data analytics customer personalization or transaction data use cases.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as Heads of Digital Data Retail Banking and CIOs.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
