We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a premium bakery and patisserie café. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who can manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams optimize workflows and uphold high standards in food quality hygiene and guest experience.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
Manage staff schedules shift planning and table allocation to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Monitor product display food quality and presentation ensuring consistency across all offerings.
Implement and maintain hygiene safety and sanitation standards in compliance with UAE regulations.
Lead train and mentor a team of service staff baristas and kitchen personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team efficiency.
Foster a positive work culture and ensure high levels of employee engagement and professionalism.
Ensure a warm welcoming and high-quality experience for all guests.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor service standards and continuously look for improvements to enhance guest experience.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost control to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor inventory levels place orders with suppliers and manage stock effectively.
Review daily sales reports manage petty cash and support overall financial accuracy.
Develop strategies to increase footfall revenue and customer retention.
Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to support new product launches promotions and seasonal menus.
Ensure proper display and merchandising of bakery and patisserie products.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or café management (bakery/patisserie experience preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of F&B operations food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience in POS systems inventory management and basic financial reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges gracefully.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Willing to work in Abu Dhabi UAE
