Are you a strategic financial expert ready to drive growth and profitability in one of the most dynamic e-commerce markets Were seeking a forward-thinking Finance Manager to transform financial insights into actionable business strategies that will shape Amazons future in the UAE.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial controllership developing robust financial reporting and analysis frameworks
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business improvement opportunities and cost optimization strategies
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover critical business insights and develop strategic improvement plans
- Design and implement financial policies that enhance organizational competitiveness and profitability
- Manage sophisticated financial planning forecasting and reporting models with precision and creativity

Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis collaborative problem-solving and financial innovation. Youll dive deep into financial data uncovering insights that drive business decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful financial strategies.
About the team
We are a collaborative and dynamic finance team committed to supporting Amazons mission of being the most customer-centric company. Our team thrives on innovation data-driven decision-making and creating meaningful impact across the organization.
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses or experience in tax finance or a related analytical field
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or a Bachelors degree and experience in tax finance or a related analytical field
- Experience in Business English skills both verbal and written
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting budgeting and variance analysis and data interpretation of results
