Tasks
- Lead plan and execute security projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all security regulations policies and standards.
- Manage a team of security professionals to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and security best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Manager.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) practices.
- Proven track record in managing security projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Security certifications (e.g. CISSP CPP) are a plus.
