Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Russian-speaking Hostess to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist in promoting special offers and events to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Adapt to changing situations and handle high-volume periods with ease
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with reservation management systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of local culture and attractions in Dubai (preferred)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Additional Information :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
