Job Summary
About the Role
The Head of Data & AI will lead the enterprise-wide data and AI transformation shaping the groups vision for intelligent data-driven decision-making and connected digital experiences. The role will build scalable data foundations integrate AI across retail e-commerce payments logistics and customer engagement and drive the AI engine for the groups next-generation Super App.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy.

Build scalable data platforms and governance frameworks.

Lead the design development and deployment of LLMs SLMs and agentic AI solutions.

Drive AI/ML Ops practices and intelligent automation initiatives.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.

Represent the organization within the regional and global AI ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

1015 years of experience in data AI and analytics with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Proven record in deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Deep expertise in LLMs SLMs ML Ops and agentic AI.

Strong technical foundation and strategic stakeholder management skills.

Recognized thought leader or influencer in the AI domain.
