Job Description Relationship Officer (Dubai)
Salary:per month (INR equivalent)
Location: Dubai
Nationality / Country of Origin: India
Education: Graduate Degree (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in Banking (India or UAE)
Role Summary
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers managing banking relationships cross-selling financial products and delivering excellent customer service. The role demands strong communication skills sales orientation and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through direct sales referrals and cold calling.
Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards personal loans savings accounts and other retail financial services.
Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
Maintain an updated database of customers and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Follow compliance KYC and banking regulations as per UAE standards.
Participate in promotional activities and market campaigns to increase lead generation.
Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the management team.
Essential Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking (India or UAE).
Experience in sales of financial products will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of basic banking operations KYC and compliance processes.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/sales reporting tools.
