The Senior QA Engineer leads quality assurance initiatives ensuring project execution aligns with ISO 9001 standards. This role requires audits documentation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and systems.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and documentation.
- Review and approve inspection test plans.
- Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities.
- Coordinate with project and client QA teams.
- Support project closeout with quality documentation.
- Train staff on quality procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
- IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001.
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO and QA standards.
- Experience in quality control tools and techniques.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation.
- Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
