Job Summary
Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas according to established standards directed by supervisors
Learn proper usage of cleaning tools products and techniques through hands-on training and observation
Support housekeeping staff in daily operations including linen changes restocking supplies and organizing storage areas
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high-occupancy periods
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as per Hotel standards.
Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of housekeeping best practices
- Ensure the privacy and security of guests by respecting Do Not Disturb signs and managing lost and found items appropriately.
Qualifications :
- Minimum high school certification.
- Attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
