- Develop and brief creative concepts for digital campaigns social media content and influencer activations that bring each brand to life.
- Work closely with in-house and agency teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all marketing channels from app placements to off-platform visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing content and culinary teams to launch standout brand campaigns.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth launches and scalability across kitchens.
- Monitor brand performance track orders profitability using dashboards and data tools.
- Lead menu strategy and innovation by identifying hero items and optimizing brand mix.
- Support competitive analysis and market-entry planning especially in high-priority geographies.
- Prepare and refine business cases and expansion roadmaps tied to GMV targets.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- 35 years of experience in food delivery F&B brand marketing or strategy-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with brands creative teams or launching products to market.
- Analytical mindset - able to interpret data and performance metrics to improve decision-making.
- Collaborative and proactive - you enjoy cross-functional work and can manage stakeholders
- Bonus: Exposure to restaurant hospitality or virtual brand development is a strong plus.
